The New Year’s Bowl Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") September 21, 2009 and ends 11:59 p.m. ET on November 23, 2009 ("Sweepstakes Period").

1. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the State of Georgia who are at least 18 of age and who have internet access as of September 20, 2009.  Employees (and their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and household members, whether or not related) of any of the member organizations comprising the Natural Gas Campaign for Consumer Choice (“NGCCC” or “Sponsor”), Golin/Harris International, Inc, and their respective parents, affiliates, divisions, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to enter or win.  Void where prohibited.  Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

2. Entry:  To enter, go to www.MyNaturalGasCoach.com (the “Web Site”), and follow the instructions provided at the Web Site to enter the Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period.  As an alternate method of entry, you may enter by hand printing your first and last name, address, telephone number, date of birth, and e-mail address (optional) on a 3” x 5” card or piece of paper, and mailing it to: Dira Rochester, Natural Gas Campaign for Consumer Choice, Ten Peachtree Place, Atlanta Georgia, 30309.  Mail-in entries must be postmarked by November 9, 2009 and received by November 16, 2009 to be valid.  Limit one (1) entry per person/email address, regardless of method of entry.  Mass entries or reproductions, or late, lost, stolen, illegible, misdirected, damaged, inaccurate, incomplete, and/or postage due entries are void.  Mail-in entries must be mailed separately.  Any attempt at entry except as above stated is void.  All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

3. Winner Selection: Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about November 30, 2009 from among all eligible entries received.  Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

4. Prizes:  Grand Prize (1):  One Grand Prize winner will be the Coach’s guest for a New Year’s Eve Bowl Package for four, including (i) a Chick-fil-A Bowl VIP Club Seat Package (4 Club Level Bowl Game Tickets, 4 MVP Tailgate Tickets, and 4 FanFest Tickets); (ii) two (2) American Express Gift Cards, in the amount of $250.00 each; (iii) two hotel rooms for the night of December 31, 2009 at an Atlanta hotel chosen by the NGCCC; and (iv) limousine for up to eight (8) hours on December 31, 2009.  (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $3,500.00).  First Prize (1):  One First Prize winner will receive a gift card in the amount of $1,500 from The Home Depot (ARV of First Prize: $1,500.00.)  Second Prize (1):  One Second Prize winner will receive a gift card in the amount of $1000.00 from Home Depot (ARV of Second Prize: $1000.00.)  Third Prize (1):  One Third Prize winner will receive a gift card in the amount of $500.00 from Home Depot (ARV of Second Prize: $500.00.)  

5. Total ARV of all prizes awarded: $5000.00.   Gift cards/certificates are subject to terms and conditions specified by issuer.  Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor.  Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer a prize or redeem prize for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value.  Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided.  All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

6. Winner Notification/Releases:  Potential winners will be notified on or about December 7, 2009.  The potential winners will be notified by email, telephone, and/or mail and may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and where lawful, a publicity release within seven (7) days of date of issuance.  If such documents are not returned within the specified time period, prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, a potential winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time period or a potential winner is not in compliance with these rules, prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner selected for the drawing at issue.  By entering this Sweepstakes and/or accepting the prize, all entrants consent to the use by Sponsor and its designees of their names, voices, pictures or other likeness for advertising, promotional and other purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known worldwide and on the Internet, and in perpetuity as determined by Sponsor without further approval or compensation, unless prohibited by law.

7. General Conditions:  Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, undelivered or garbled entries or email; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes or in any sweepstakes-related materials.  Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes.  Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the website.  Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the sweepstakes or website, who act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void.  Should any portion of the sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winner(s) for the drawing(s) at issue from all eligible, non-suspect entries received for applicable drawing(s) prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. Entrants, by participating, agree that Sponsor, Golin/Harris International, Inc., and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of the prizes or participation in this sweepstakes.  Each winner, by acceptance of a prize, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for Sponsor and its designees to use his/her name, address (city and state), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval. In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same e-mail account, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these rules.  Authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the e-mail address by the Internet Service Provider (ISP), on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses.

8. Winners’ Names: For names of the winners (available after November 30, 2009), send a self addressed stamped envelope to: Dira Rochester, Natural Gas Collaborative Team, Ten Peachtree Place, Atlanta Georgia, 30309, for receipt not later than December 15, 2009.
